"Fascism is not kind. It is not decent. It does not care about the individual, because the individual is subservient to the state, and in particular whoever runs that state. It is not compatible with Steve Rogers. Fascism does not fight for "the greater good", it fights for the exaltation of the inhuman, the commemoration of cruelty, and the hatred of the different. Fascism is a loser ideology."

Anti-Fascism, also known as Antifa, is a non-quadrant but usually left-leaning political ideology and movement centered around combating Fascism and most ideologies similar to them by any means necessary, including deplatforming them through use of intimidation and violence. He is friends with most variants of leftism, both libertarian and authoritarian, so long as they share the goal of eliminating fascism. Despite what many people believe, Anti-Fascism is not a group or an organization, but rather a political movement. While people from all quadrants can be anti-fascists, the term Anti-Fascist itself is usually used by left-wing ideologies.

Supporters of the Anti-Fascist movement are mostly a range of leftist ideologies such as Marxism-Leninism, Democratic Socialism, and Anarcho-Communism, but in history they were also mostly democratic

    History

    Burma

    • Aung San was a Burmese politician, independence activist, revolutionary, Myanmar Armed Forces, and is considered the Father of the Nation of modern-day Myanmar. Aung San was devoted to ending British rule in Burma and founded and participated in many Burmese political groups and movements to achieve his goal of Burmese independence. He joined the Thakin Society in 1938, working as its general secretary, and founded both the Communist Party of Burma and the Burma Socialist Party.

Shortly before the outbreak of World War II, Aung San fled Burma and went to China in search of foreign support for Burmese independence. While in China he was recruited by Japanese Army officials, who promised support and that Burma would be incorporated into the "Greater East Asia-Co Prosperity Sphere." Aung San recruited a small core of Burmese revolutionarieter known as the Thirty Comrades, which included future dictator Ne Win and left for Japan. During the Japanese occupation of Burma, he served as the minister of war in the Japan-backed State of Burma led by Dr. Ba Maw.

As the tide turned against Japan, Aung San and some of his forces switched sides to the Allies to fight against the Japanese. After World War II, he negotiated Burmese independence from Britain in the Aung San-Attlee agreement. He served as the 5th Premier of the British Crown Colony of Burma from 1946 to 1947 and led his party, the Anti-Fascist People's Freedom League, to victory in the 1947 Burmese general election. Aung San never got to see his vision of an independent Burma come true as he and most of his cabinet were assassinated shortly before the country became independent. It's broadly believed that Aung San and his comrades' assassination was ordered by the British to maintain unofficial control of their former colony.

    Fantifa

Fantifa (Feministische Antifa) is an umbrella term for a branch of the Antifa movement centered on the focus of women and feminist ideas. The Fantifa movement is primarily Anarcho-Communist and Anarcha-feminist.

Historical instances of Fantifa appear in the Rote Frauen und Mädelbund (1925-29) which is the women's branch of the German organisation Roter Frontkämpferbund, along with the Women's Antifascist Front of Yugoslavia (1942-1953) and the Spanish group Mujeres Libres (1936-1939)

    Italian Partisanism/Italian Resistance

The Italian resistance movement (the Resistenza italiana and la Resistenza) is an umbrella term for the Italian resistance groups who fought the occupying forces of Nazi Germany and the fascist collaborationists of the Italian Social Republic during the Second World War in Italy from 1943 to 1945. As an anti-fascist movement and organisation, La Resistenza opposed Nazi Germany, as well as Nazi Germany's Italian puppet state regime, the Italian Social Republic, which was created by the Germans following the Nazi German invasion and military occupation of Italy by the Wehrmacht and the Waffen-SS from September 1943 until April 1945 (though general underground Italian resistance and resistance groups to the Fascist Italian government began even prior to World War II).

Ideologically speaking, many Italian partisans believed mainly in various forms of leftism, especially Communism, Socialism, and Anarchism. Some others, however, believed in forms of Republicanism and Liberalism. There were also Loyalists to the House of Savoy and Christian movements included in La Resistenza

    Polish Home Army

The Polish Partisan movement is a Polish anti-fascist resistance movement against the genocidal totalitarian colonial regime of Nazi Germany. It participated in the famous Warsaw Uprising and fought relentlessly against the Nazis. It initially wanted to collaborate with the USSR’s Red Army to fight the Nazis. However, the Red Army never came. The uprising eventually failed after 63 days. A surrender pact was signed between the Nazis and the resistance leaders. The resistance members were subsequently deported to Nazi concentration camps.

The USSR conducted the Katyn Massacre in 1940 against Polish military officers and civilians following the invasion of Poland in 1939 as part of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact under the instruction of Lavrentiy Beria. The Soviet Union was utterly distrustful of the Polish Partisans, partially due to the prior actions of the USSR. After the failure of the Warsaw Uprising and the success of the Red Army’s advance in Poland, the uprisers and their leaders were killed, imprisoned, and deported to Siberia by the NKVD after the USSR liberated Poland from Nazi Germany. After the Soviet suppression of the Polish Partisans, the radical anti-communist resistance movement Cursed Soliders was formed to oppose the Soviet occupation of Poland.

    Anti-Germanism

The ‘Anti-Germans’ are a strand of Anti-Fascism that can be found predominantly in Germany and Austria. As the name suggests, they are extremely anti-German/Nationalist, to the extent that they even uncritically praise the controversial Allied bombings of Nazi Germany during the Second World War- as exemplified by their slogan ‘ Bomber Harris do it again!’ (Referring to the WW2 head of the British Royal Air Force Bomber Command, Arthur ‘Bomber’ Harris). As such, Anti-Germans can be seen as the German equivalent of Anti-Japaneseism.

Alongside their extreme Anti-German Nationalism, the Anti-Germans can be most distinguished from other Anti-Fascists by their support for Israel. Anti-Germans view Anti-Zionism as Anti-Semitism, and have accused ‘Anti-Imperialist’ Anti-Fascists in Germany of supporting ‘Fascist’ and Anti-Semitic Arab/Islamist Governments and movements in order to oppose Zionism. Anti-Germans also opposed the NATO bombing of Serbia as the Serbs were also seen as historical victims of Nazism, Italian Fascism, and Ustase clerical fascism, alongside the Jews.

    Personality

Anti-Fascism will do anything in his power to fight against fascist ideologies and doesn't take no for an answer. He believes in punching them first and asking questions later (or not asking at all). When he gets called a domestic terrorist, he just laughs. He is often really angry and on edge, and prone to swearing. Is also prone to break the law in violent ways. He sees himself as the true left unity and often tries to make AuthLeft and LibLeft work together, but often ends up pissing off both. Despite mostly being a leftist ideology and movement, he is willing to work with non-leftists, such as National Democracy and Gaullism if it means victory over fascism.

    Possible Fash

    • Anarcho-Communism - I really like him, but he doesn't recognize me all that much and often doesn't want anything to do with me especially since some of my followers are statist.
    • Insurrectionary Anarchism- The same as above, helped me fight fascists but don't like my authoritarian variants
    • Marxism-Leninism - Even though my anarchist variants are skeptical of you, you are basically the root cause of my existence. You conflicted with fascism and defeated them in 1945. But we must forget that Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact nor forget the suppression of the Home Army.
    • Iron Front - Why are you anti-communist? Fascism is what we need to oppose! (At least he helps me against the fascists.)
    • Anarcho-Egoism - What do you mean that fighting Fascism doesn't please your ego? At least you consider them a spook.
    • Ego-Communism - The fascists are spooks. But you call our movement a spook too and want to avoid "mob mentality".
    • Social Democracy and Reformist Marxism - The Iron Front was cool, but it also fought against the original antifa.
    • Conservative Socialism - Why do you often call my supporters radlibs? At least we hang out every 9th of May. Many of my non-tankie fans still prefer 8th of May while my Asian friends prefer the 2nd of September or August 15th.
    • Post-Leftism - We both oppose fascism, but he also opposes me, and is very strange in general.
    • National Communism - Sometimes you are close to red fascism (especially )Zhivkov), but most of you are still against fascism.
    • Reactionaryism - Well, many of you actually do hate fascism for its modernist aspects. But then again, many of you ally with fascists or straight up are fascists themselves.
    • Totalitarianism - The praxis for the fash, but terminating Fascists for Wrongspeak sounds interesting...
    • Juche - Even though you're pretty much a red fascist, we will still fight together against him.
    • Illegalism - We both love riots and molotovs (the cocktail, not the crypto-nazbol diplomat), but you're too individualistic.
    • Capitalism - Some of you did help us fight fascists during WW2, and you hate fascism because it is economically regulationist. But some supported it. (And me and my followers mostly prefer socialism.)
    • Corporatism - Fascist economics, but hey, a lot of you aren't fascists, so that's nice. Though again, I still mostly prefer socialism.
      • I'll have you know that I can be socialist too!
    • Neoconservatism - LeMay and Truman have shown the fascists who's boss, but you started supporting him after 1945.
    • Libertarianism - Stop saying that wanting to silence fascists makes me anti-free speech. They don't deserve a platform. But at least you also hate fascism.
    • Metaxism - Thanks for repelling the Italian invasion back in 1940, but why does Golden Dawn support both you and him?
    • Civil Libertarianism - Freedom of speech? We can't let fashies have a voice. Thanks for defending me from the police in court tho
      • You give the state the right to censor and you don't think they will come after you first?!?!?
        • If I'm in charge, they won't.

    Fascist sympathizers

    • Ultranationalism, Racial Nationalism, Ethnonationalism and Ethnocracy - Fascist mentality.
    • Putinism - I don't care that you hate the Ukrainian far right, you are still a crypto-fascist conservative dictator, besides you also have neo-Nazis fighting on your side and many Western far right support you.
    • Alt-Lite - Lmao, saying I'm the real fascist when you're closer to the Alt-Right than me. Alt-lite is just fash-lite. How do I "bash-lite" him?
    • Italian Left Communism - "Antifa is a product of fascism"? Excuse me?
    • Centrism - You're too willing to compromise with fascists. I'll expose you on /r/ENLIGHTENEDCENTRISM soon enough, my boy.
    • Horseshoe Centrism - Excuse me, "antifa are the real fascists" and "fascists are the real antifa"? Do you realize how stupid you look right now?
      • There is no difference between stupid and smart.
    • Xi Jinping Thought - Stop the genocide of Uyghurs and Tibetans, covert Blueshirtist! My tankie variants love you tho.
    • Homoconservatism - We are not homophobic or racist for bashing up the fascist Andy Ngo, he ratted out protestors to the Atomwaffen.
    • White Nationalism - BLACK LIVES MATTER! Prepare to get bashed chud! (And why does he keep calling me you? Is he self-projecting?)
      • OW! Some of us precede fascism. Weren't the UK and US still following the policies of "white man's burden" and segregation, respectively during World War II? OW!
      • That may be so, but their racism was not nearly to the same extent as the Axis.

    It's bashing time!

    • Everyone I don't like Fascism - BASH THE FASH!
    • Nazism - You're not a socialist in anything but name. You are, and always have been, a German fascist. Go off yourself, nazi scum. *later* Oh wait, he did? Good.

    • Anarcho-Fascism and National Anarchism - Fake anarchists.
    • Eco-Fascism - No, "but the environment" is not a valid excuse for being fascist. I'll recycle you instead.
    • National Bolshevism - Red Fascism is still fascism.
    • Monarcho-Fascism and Clerical Fascism - Reactionary fascism is a very common occurence.
    • Francoism and Falangism - The most infamous example of the above, a broad coalition of the worst rightoid fascist reactionary scum that pushed Spain into darkness and terror for decades after we, the Republicans, lost to them. I hate you, I really do, you're the worst.
    • Black Hundredism - I will shove the vodka bottle up your ass, you Russian reactionary proto-fascist and genocider!
    • Evolaism - "Superfascism"? Then it's time for a super-bash!

    • Banderaism& Azov Movement -Ukrainian fash. You collaborated with the Nazis and massacred the Poles in Volyn, it's no wonder the Polish Resistance fought you.
    • Strasserism - LMAO, Hitler stabbed you in the back the moment you helped him take over Germany! Otto did renounce Fascism later on but his ideology still carried Volkish elements.
