Neo-Bolshevism, clipped to NeoBol, is an Off-Compass Authoritarian ideology inhabiting the area above the compass. It is the doctrine of the superstate of Eurasia in George Orwell's 1984.

Little is known about their beliefs, but given the name, it can be assumed it has something to do with Marxist Communism. While Ingsoc is the corruption of English Socialism, and Death Worship is the corruption of Asian spirituality and self-sacrifice, NeoBol is a corruption of Communism to serve the interests of the state.

Personality and Behaviour

Similar to its Eastasian and Oceanian counterparts, NeoBol is often found to be power-hungry, monitoring every thought and action of its citizens. NeoBol also constantly changes the past and spreads propaganda to its citizens.

NeoBol is often portrayed as a Russian and may be seen with a bottle of vodka and an Ushanka, however, this is not a requirement.

NeoBol can also be portrayed as a communist version of IngSoc.

How to Draw

2. Fill it with red,
3. Draw a yellow circle in the center,
4. Draw a hammer and sickle in the circle,
5. Add a thick yellow line going from the bottom left to the top right,
6. Add a star in the top left and another in the bottom right,
7. Draw two eyes, and you're done!
8. (Optional) Add a ushanka.
