There is a reason we have yin and yang as a concept, man and woman.<ref>The chinese folk religion placed a very heightened role of the family and chinese traditionalism saw the family as the mother the father and x amount of children. It did not see a place for anything else and saw it as discord. The concept of yin and yang is further evidence of this.</ref>
