Conservative Feminism is a moderate cuturally-right ideologyball that seeks to strike a balance between upholding women's rights and maintaining a conservative lifestyle for women.
The mindset could likely be that an e-girl art-hoe lifestyle is more damaging to women longterm, and thus advocating a conservative lifestyle.
