Fiscal Conservatismball (FisCon) also called Economic Conservatism is an economically right-wing, civically neutral and culturally usually right-wing but not necessarily ideologyball born as a child of Classical Liberalism and Conservatism.
FisCon believes that finances of the public body should be responsible and long-term sustainable although not strictly limited.
Personality
Fiscal Conservatism can be portrayed as something of a "penny pincher" being generally reluctant on spending money on things that are unnecessary or won't turn a profit and preferring to save it all.
He absolutely hates going into any form of debt and will respond with anger or depression to it.
