  34. The best-known fictional sub ideology in the game is the Burgundian System - an interpretation of Himmler's ideas.
  35. The Metal Gear series follows an overarching conflict between secret organizations who use war and espionage as proxy to realize their view of The Boss's will, with Cipher's totalitarian control being constracted with the Anti-Patriots' striving for liberty from it.
