While I think using the USSR or a USSR puppet-state to be the representation of communism in general is overdone, the Tuvan Internationale combines traditional Tuvan music with a message of the proud peasants rising up, and was actually one of the original anthems of Tuva.

Tribalism hardly has any advocation at all, and is perceived as primitive or uncivilized in the modern public eye (though it has to some extent been romanticized by popular culture as seen in the tropes such as the "noble-savage"). Though colonialism and globalization has made tribal life for many completely obsolete, it is still practiced in some parts of the world such as North Sentinel Island, or some parts of the Amazon rainforest.
