My position is that Abortions should be safe and rare. But sometimes they are needed. IIt amshould pro-choicebe untillegal up for the thirdfirst semester12 weeks of pregnancy, with mandatory counseling for non-rape victims and financial assistance for pregnant mothers in need. Abortions after 12 weeks will be fined.
