Jedpilled first became interested in politics after discovering the anti-sjw youtube community in early 2017, he agreed with much of the ideas that were being presented, identifying as a combination of [[File:Clib.png]] [[Classical Liberalism]] and [[File:Con-t.png]] [[Conservatism]].

===Politics: Now in Glorious 2D!===

He continued to use the subreddit for the remainder of the year and much of 2020, very rarely posting or commenting. During this time he had referred to himself as a [[File:Paleolib.png]] [[Paleolibertarianism|Paleolibertarian]] as he started taking slightly more libertarian stances while becoming a bit further culturally right.

Some time late in 2019, Jedpilled discovered the Polcompball subreddit via a crosspost to PoliticalCompassMemes, he immediately joined and read through all of the posts on the relatively young subreddit, flairing himself as an aforementioned [[File:Paleolib.png]] [[Paleolibertarianism|Paleolibertarian]], he continued to scroll the two subreddits. Early in 2020, his libertarian stances began to slowly rust away, and so he began to self describe as a [[File:Plcn2.png]] [[Paleoconservatism|Paleoconservative]].

It was only soon after that he made his first contribution to the subreddit on his old reddit account, a comic he titled "[https://www.reddit.com/r/Polcompball/comments/gs3ug9/good_idea/ Good idea...]" He posted a few more times after that, these included a post in the Polcompballanarchy subreddit after Kanye announced his run for presidency, found [https://www.reddit.com/r/Polcompballanarchy/comments/hp84h2/kanye_announced_he_would_structure_the_whitehouse/ here], and a drawing of the distributism family in the Polcompballart subreddit, found [https://www.reddit.com/r/polcompballart/comments/htb0vz/distributism_family/ here].

===Taking the Jed Pill===
During April of 2020, Jedpilled created a new reddit account, [https://www.reddit.com/user/Based_and_Jedpilled u/Based_and_Jedpilled], as a reference to the popular meme and his own real life name. He flaired as [[File:Distributist.png]] [[Distributism|Distributist]], as an ideology he had recently began to identify with. However, he only began to actively use this account in the latter half of 2020. ===Polcompball Wiki, with a Pinch of Anarchy===
It did not take long for Jedpilled to run out of comic ideas, shortly after this, he became a more-or-less active editor on the now dead Polcompball Anarchy Wiki, on fandom. His contributions varied, including fictional ideologies, such as Social Englishism and Anarcho-Monarcho-Distributism, variants of other peoples ideologies, such as Quarkist Griffinism and Joeyfloppaist Rejectionism, and even his own ideology, titled Jed-Pilled Thought. His editing continued fairly actively, eventually passing 100 days in a row of editting, until the anarchy wiki was deleted.
