Eco-Socialism shortened to EcoSoc is an environmentalist, economically left-wing and otherwise varied ideology. He believes that the reduction of CO₂ emissions and socialist-style economically are complementary as pollution is the result of mainly Capitalist commodity production as EcoSoc claims.

It is very close to File:Soc.pngSocialism economically, but more varied in other ways. It believes that Capitalism will destroy the planet and that we need to have a revolution. Unlike Eco-Fascism it believes all people should be treated equally. But it also believes in extreme environmentalism.

Personality

Ecosoc can be portrayed as a stereotypical ultra-environmentalist who talks about things like "Eating bugs", "Living in a Pod", etc. especially in right-leaning comics.
