Environmentalism, sometimes called Green Politics, is an non-quadrant ideology used to represent a range of ideologies which fall under the belief that nature should be a significant factor in deciding public policy, be it increasing recycling, decreasing CO2 emissions, or stopping water pollution, etc.

Beliefs

While there are many beliefs that are held by different environmentalists, there are four core beliefs held by those who support green politics. Those beliefs are ecological wisdom, grassroots democracy, social justice, and non-violence.

Variants

Blue Environmentalism

Blue Environmentalism, also known as Aqua Environmentalism, Ocean Environmentalism, and Marine Environmentalism is a branch of Environmentalism that is focused on the ocean. This is mainly about cleaning plastic from the ocean, protecting coral reefs, and looking after sea animals.

Environmental Statism

Environmental Statism , also known as Eco-Statism, is an ideology that supports state measures to protect the natural environment. Unlike Eco-Authoritarianism, though, Environmental Statism refrains from using oppressive or dictatorial methods to protect the environment.

Environmental Globalization

Environmental Globalization, also known as Eco-Globalization, Eco-Globalism, and Environmental Globalism, is a non-quadrant, environmentalist, and internationalist ideology that promotes international cooperation in order to tackle climate change and other environmental issues.

Personality

Environmentalism is portrayed as a stereotypical hippy pro-nature advocate who will behave accordingly, sometimes they may even be portrayed as "doomer" or a so-called "climate alarmist" and may be constantly terrified and worried over their own and others' carbon footprint.

  • Radical Environmentalism - I like that you care about the environment, but sometimes you are too extreme.
  • Tribalism & Anarcho-Primitivism - Ecological but too extreme.
  • Libertarian Municipalism - We have many similar beliefs, but why must you attack me as liberal?
  • Neoluddism - Has good ideas, but I wish he'd stop sending package bombs to business executives and academics. It is better to send them solar panels and bicycles.
  • Voluntary Human Extinction - You want to save the environment, but please don't kill everyone.
  • Agrarianism - Sometimes he cares about the environment, but sometimes his judgment gets clouded and he destroys nature to make more farms.

  • Globalism - You want global cooperation to fight against climate change, which is good! But, you've also have been the main contributor to climate change as well (even if it was not your intent and you at least try to offset the damage).
  • Marxism–Leninism - Sustainable forestry: Good! However, where did the wetlands go? Also, remember the Aral Sea!
  • Right-Wing Populism - Fellow Corp. hater but you will soon have to wear a diving suit.
  • Paleoconservatism - If you are sympathetic to the environment, then you must take action NOW!

  • Climate Skepticism - You need to die, you idiot! HOW DARE YOU?
  • Alt-Lite - Why are you a climate sceptic?
  • Corporatocracy - Big corporations don't care about the earth.
  • State Liberalism - STOP USING ME AS A PART OF YOUR AGENDA TO "END CLIMATE CHANGE" YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS USING THE CLIMATE CRISIS TO EXPAND YOUR WEALTH AND DESTROY THE ENVIRONMENT SCHWAB! (not to mention your state-mandated insect-eating may make them go extinct). I don't get it why Thunberg and others support you somehow.
  • Industrialism - Stop polluting the air! We already have enough sustainable resources in this world!
  • Trumpism - Climate change is NOT a hoax!
  • Posadism - Stop this madness! But a nuclear war can reverse global warming. And Chornobyl became a wildlife haven .
