Economically speaking, the Nation was in a grave debt with the Victorious Nations of the Great War , because of the import of natural resources which Italy lacked to fuel the military-industrial complex. What's more, many industrialists had speculated on the War at the disadvantages of their workers, and with the civilian riconversion in acta, many lost their jobs.
