I’m a self-described liberal (crucify me) and probably one of the oldest users on this wiki. I used to be someone else but I thought my username was shit and I couldn’t change it, so I made a new account.

Political Views

My political views mostly fall in line with Social Liberalism. That is, a fairly regulated market economy with a welfare state and individual rights. Pretty much as “unbased” as you can get. I am also culturally progressive on most issues like racism, sexism, etc. I don’t take kindly to fascists, communists (especially MLs), or confederate sympathizers.

• Social Liberalism - My main inspiration.
• Social Capitalism - Same as above but more market-based.
• Social Libertarianism - Same again but hates the state more.
• Social Democracy - Bernie might be a little extreme but you’re still a great system.
• Nordic Model - Oh hi again, SocDem!
• Democracy - Not a perfect system but it’s definitely the best we’ve got.
• Welfarism - Hell yeah! Welfare states are the way to go.
• Moderatism - I hate extremists!
• Radical Centrism - Centrist Gang!
• Anti-Authoritarianism - Dictators suck!
• Lincolnism - GLORY GLORY HALLELUJAH!
• Reformism - Change is good, violence is bad.
• Progressivism - A little equality won’t hurt anyone. You can be a little extreme at times though.
• Progressive Conservatism - We can keep a few traditions, too.
• New Deal Liberalism - One of the best presidents we’ve ever had! I really wish you weren’t such a big racist though.
• Rockefeller Republicanism - I like Ike! You’re not a RINO in my eyes.
• Third Way - I like it for the most part. If you would just cool it with the intervention and add some more welfare you’d be golden.
• Radicalism - I admire your work during the 19th Century and you’re a pretty cool guy! Can you please stop talking like that though?
• Scientocracy - Science is cool!
• Georgism - The Land Value Tax sounds interesting.
• Environmentalism - SAVE THE GODDAMN ENVIRONMENT ALREADY!

• Capitalism - You’re a fine system but you could use some regulations.
• Neoliberalism - Same as above. Not a huge fan of the whole austerity thing.
• Libertarianism - Yeah freedom’s cool and all but can we at least have a little gun control?
• Classical Liberalism - Can we also raise taxes just a tiny bit?
• Socialism - I like some of your ideas but you’re way too extreme and I don’t think you’re gonna work, at least not in the West.
• Democratic Socialism - Ehh, I guess it’s an improvement.

• Marxism - You sound fantastic on paper but when actually put in practice you’re just godawful.
