Bull Moose Progressivism, also known as National Progressivism and NatProg is similar to File:Prog.pngProgressivism, but having a far more acceptance view of imperialism and foreign interventionism. While NatProg's most well known representative was Theodore Roosenvelt, it also had many other followers throughout the American Progressive Eras.
The "National" part was added later on because of the creation of modern day Progressivism. Some of the similar views the two ideologies have in common would be the transparency of political campaign contributions and lobbyists, healthcare reform, improvements for workers rights, and equal rights in general. One of the major platforms of NatProg was trust busting.
The stances that make NatProg stand out over Progressivism would mainly be its nature of Nationalism. NatProg hold's the values of creating a stronger military and the aforementioned view of imperialism and foreign intervention, but wishes to use such power to spread and guarantee the protection of human welfare as well as expand reform to american democracy.
Given that American President Theodore Roosevelt was its most famous proponent, NatProg is often used as a stand in or at least modeled on him, which can be seen given his design incorporating Teddy Roosevelt's mustache, glasses and cap as well as the optional Big Club.
