Combatocracy can vary a lot. But generally, he speaks like a stereotypical, 1980s-1990s school bully. Which manifests as him calling people nerds, weaklings, et cetera. He also acts similarly, giving people wedgies, tying them to flagpoles, shoving them in lockers, blowing spitballs, pushing them in mud and, if his victim has a prop, playing keep-a-way.

He claims to have a code of honor, but takes great joy in harassing those weaker than him.
