Marxism-Leninism, started in Germany in the 1920s, when the KPD, progressed from a libertarian council communist party, to an authoritarian marxist Leninist party, under Ernst thalman, who would run for various different positions. The kid would also start the anti racist action movement, which directly countered racism in Germany in the 1930s. The KPD, along with many other leftist parties, was banned, and thalman was later shot on hitlers oders. After racist Germany was overthrown, the eastern part of it was taken over by the socialist unity party, a marxist Leninist party, and corrpsoned with the trend of the eastern bloc, countries that the Soviet Union liberated from racism, to marxist Leninist states. This would later lead to the ddr, or east Germany, which existed for many years, and had an array of different leaders, most notable of which being Erich Honecker. Eventually, like most eastern bloc countries, it was disolutioned.
