History

The religion of Shia Islam was founded in Morocco and on Muhammed's death in 632. The start of Shia Islam was disputed by Historians.

Many Shia theocracies rose from Morocco until 1412, but Shia theocracies continued in Iran.

In the 20th century, Iran became less of a Shia Theocracy from westernization until the Iranian Revolution, which Shia clerics took over and started to traditionalize in some ways, returning into a true Shia Theocracy.
