Rockefeller Republicanism is an ideology stemming from a subrgroup of the US Republican Party in the 1930's-1970's that held more moderate and
liberal views on domestic issues than the rest of the party, similar to those of Nelson Rockefeller, former Governor of New York (1959-1973) and Vice President (1974-1977).
Other notable Rockreps include, but not limited to: Thomas Dewey, John Anderson, Bill Weld, Phil Scott, Edward Brooke, Brett Kavanaugh.
