Social Corporatism often uses State Owned Enterprises for many goods such as alcohol and public utilities like energy, railways and water while allowing private control over most other industries and consumer goods. '''Socialist Corporatism''' is when the state uses its influence and power to streamline and organise society into its specific industries such as engineering, agriculture and military however it differs from regular corporatism as the state owns these industries however trade unions would still exist and sit on boards which means that industries are co-owned by the state and by trade unions. The state's main goal is to ensure stability and that the country develops cohesively in a managed way to avoid the constant revolutions that happen in capitalism and change millions of people's lives for ever throwing countless lives onto the dole. However trade unions' main goal is to achieve the best offer for their own workers, on payment and on work hours. This is because Socialist Corporatists believe that only workers (represented by trade unions) and wider society (represented by the state) matter when deciding on economic policies and development as capitalists only steal from the produce of the worker while being only interested in their own stolen profits that they neglect everyone else.
