Magicpeartree is a Market Socialist, they believe in a regulated free market within socialism , property (housing, shops, etc.) being owned by those who live on it, alongside a land value tax, as well as a welfare state.

Regulationism - You're right, total laissez-faire can be harmful.
Social Democracy - Welfare states are based.
Georgism - LVT is based.
Social Georgism - Basically the above two, based.
Market Socialism - Workers owning what is rightfully theirs under a (hopefully regulated) free market? Cheers and Godspeed!
Progressive Conservatism - We should preserve our culture while making societal progress!
Reformism - Revolutions will go full circle eventually... Look at China!
