Plutocracy

Plutocracy is a form of government that is lead by the rich and wealthy, unlike other ideologies such as Democracy, Fascism, or Liberalism, Plutocracy doesn't seem to have any unironic, established theory for it, similarly to Kakistocracy.

History

Despite the lack of theory, there has been systems similar to Plutocracy has been practiced in some instances, such as the Roman and Mali Empires to more modern examples, such as London, or the Trump-era United States.
