The state's main goal is to ensure stability and that the country develops cohesively in a managed way to avoid the constant revolutions that happen in capitalism and change millions of people's lives for ever throwing countless lives onto the dole. However trade unions' main goal is to achieve the best offer for their own workers, on payment and on work hours. This is because Socialist Corporatists believe that only workers (represented by trade unions) and wider society (represented by the state) matter when deciding on economic policies and development as capitalists only steal from the produce of the worker while being only interested in their own stolen profits that they neglect everyone else.
