Reformism is a 
Centrist ideology that advocates for the reform of an existing system or institution instead of its abolition and replacement.

Beliefs and Foundations
Reformism believes in the reform of an existing system or institution instead of its abolition and replacement. There are typically 2 types of Reformism, left and right.
Left-Reformism
Left-reformists either want to regulate capitalism with left-wing policies such as unions, welfare, and regulations, or transition peacefully into a post-capitalist society through electoral politics as opposed to revolution or another method.
Right-Reformism
Right-reformists want to gradually implement right-wing policies to free the market, such as privatization, tax cuts, or deregulation.
Personality and Behaviour
Reformism is very peaceful and hates political violence. It believes everything can be done through reform. He tries to get along with everyone, making most ideologies think is egalitarian, though he doesn't always support egalitarianism.

Constitutionalism - One of my closest friends! A constitution is definitely a great way to enact reforms. The pen shall always be mightier than the sword! 
Social Democracy - You work within democratic systems, based. And welfare is a good way to reenact reforms.
Social Liberalism - Same as the above.
Liberal Conservatism - Moderate conservative policies in a liberal democratic framework? Based!
Protestant Theocracy - Reform the Church!
Gorbachevism - If only 
he didn't try to thwart your efforts to turn the USSR into a democratic country. Rest in peace buddy.

Democratic Socialism - It’s obviously good that you want to reform capitalism into socialism, but many of you are revolutionaries.
Left-Wing Populism - Similiar as above. You are on the thin ice.
Radical Centrism - Calm down then we can work together!
Enemies
Revolutionary Progressivism - You're just too radical.
Reactionaryism - And you're too extreme on the other end.
Luxemburgism - Why do you hate me? :(- Marxism–Leninism - You're pretty much proof that revolutions just lead to despair.
Jacobinism - Guillotining all of your enemies won't solve anything!
