LGBT Conservatism is a moderately culturally right ideology that uses conservative ideas, such as support for capitalism and the range of religious and property rights, with the added element of LGBT rights, such as same-sex marriage legalization, and also encourages this fact. However, there are several factions were in favour of civil unions while opposing legalisation of same-sex marriage, especially Alice Weidel, as they support protection of the "traditional family" while also supporting "other lifestyles". In other words, it's just conservatism with LGBT characteristics.

This ideology can also be interpreted as Conservatism who is ashamed of their attraction to the same sex.

Like all LGBT ideologies, it is gay and is a LGBT activist. As a moderate conservative, they often view LGBT rights as being compatible with conservative values as both wish to uphold individual freedom in theory. They also get in fights with their more conservative brethren and other LGBT activists that they deem to be too obsessed with identity politics.
