Consumer goods and services would be sold to consumers in the market by cooperatives, public enterprises, and small businesses. The party will also create cooperative banks offering low interest somewhat similar to Proudhon's Mutualist banks.

Power Distribution
Green ideology emphasizes participatory democracy and the principle of "thinking globally, acting locally." As such, the ideal Green Party is thought to grow from the bottom up, from neighborhood to municipal to (eco-)regional to national levels as inspired by Libertarian Municipalism. The goal is to rule by a consensus decision making process as practiced in 
Democratic Confederalism.
Green Social Democracy
Green social democracy also known as center left environmentalism is an ideology that wants strong regulation, powerful unions and Keynesian economics but believes that the environment comes first always and may break with Keynesian economics i.e., infinite growth on a planet with finite resources and side against unions i.e Green SocDems want to close down all the coal mines, something labour unions obviously do not want. They are usually fiercely protectionist, to lower CO2 emissions from transportation but also to protect workers. Though this is not hard and fast.

French National Assembly and a member of the
