My Ideological journey

(-->/-->-->/-->/-->/-->/-->-->/-->/-->/-->///-->?)

Apolitical stage

I simply didn't know and care about Politics.

Autocratic stage

I once dreamed of conquering and ruling the World as an Absolute ruler because I was fairly young and I was inspired by Supervillians in cartoon shows.

"Communist" stage

I've read die Känguru Chroniken, das Känguru Manifest and die Känguru Offenbarung and I literaly based all my political beliefs around it.

Platonist stage

I soon abandoned "Communism" because I began to see it as unrealistic and naive (however I remained sceptical of unregulated Capitalism) and instead I began to read about history, religion and philosophy, I was amazed by the accomplisments of the Anchient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans and I was particulary interested in anchient Greek Philosophy and I chose Socrates and Platon as my favorite philosopers and my political believes at that time were very similar to those that Plato had (3 Class system, Philosopher kings, city states, eugenics etc.). I mostly abandoned my dream of World Hegemony because I began to see large Empires as unstable and and fragile.

Panarchist stage

I was researching on Wikipedia on forms of gouvernment and found one to be very interesting: Panarchy. Panarchism advocates that every person has a right to secede from their old gouvernment and form an own one or join another gouvernment without leaving the country, these gouvernments would be in competition to each other in a laissez faire manner and ideally the gouvernment that manages to come out on top would be the best choice. I was very fascinated by that idea and I thought if some people in the past could found states then everyone should be able to do it. I myself largely remained by Platos ideas of gouvernance and I also thought about starting a cult at that time.

Nationalist stage

I began to watch the News and heard about the Civil War in Syria. I heard about how the Terrorist Organisation known as ISIS managed to occupy north-eastern Syria and north-western Iraq as well as comitting countless atrocities there. I also heard that that Terrorist organisation was also commiting attacks in my home country, Germany. These Informations shaped my view on Islamists up until today and I began to get interested in my countries politics. In 2015 Europe experienced a refugee crisis with many people from the middle east, mostly Syria coming here, people that grew up in a completely different culture and society were coming to Germany and It wasn't long until conflict arose. Because of worries in the German population and some incidents between predominantly muslim Migrants and Germans Right-wing populist sentiment in Germany arose which led to the AfD (Alternative for Germany) entering the Bundestag. I myself was influenced by the News and events of that time, I also began to read about the History of Germany and reading books about politics. After a while I began considering myself as a Patriot and I started indentifying myself with the German Nation more up to the point where I could be considered a Nationalist and in retrospect some of my views could be even considered Proto-Fascist since I had Irredentist dreams of a Greater Germany "from the Maas to the Memel From the Etsch to the Belt" and sought to maybe even get revenge on the Western allies though a military and economic alliance with Putin's Russia and the PRC. As for my Economics I adopted the concept of Freiwirtschaft which basically is a German version of Georgism including a currency that looses value overtime. I intended for the spending of the revenues from the land to be spents for the assistance of families. I also discovered mapping communities on youtube and Polandball.

Shift to the left

I began to realize that the European Union doesn't restricts Germany, but infact benefits it though common markets and political influence. I also realized that allying with Russia and China would cause the Baltics (and most importantly Estonia) to fall under Russian influence and possibly even Germany itself, which is why I for the most part abandoned Irredentism and Nationalism in favour of European Cooperation. I also realized the danger of global warming, therefore becoming even more Envrionmentalist than I already was. Most of my views at that time were influenced by an Israeli author called Yuval Noah Harari, in his first book "A brief History of Mankind" he explained how Humanity conquered the earth, established cultures and civilisations and much more. In his second book "21 lessons for the 21st Century" he wrote about what challenges the modern world faces and and how we should think about it. In his third book "Homo Deus" he talks about Transhumanism and a Post-scarcity society. His views influenced mine to this day greatly, although I have tiny disagreements with him about religion since he as an Atheist sees Religion and Spiritual beings generally as social constructs while I am a Pagan who believes that the gods are real on the other hand I also became more Secular.

Anprim Arc

For some time I held quasi-Anarcho Primitivist views, because I thought as things were Industrial Civilisation would likely collapse in the span of a century because of not enough oil. I saw going back to the pre-agricultural times as preferable because the way people lived back then was much more compatible with Human nature than both Agrarianism and Industrialism. However at some point I regained hope that we might still be able to fix our problems and therefore we wouldn't need to give up Industralism completely.

Anti-Centrist stage

I watched Jreg's Centricide series as well as his other content and agreed a lot with it, therefore I openly embraced radicalism (again). I also discovered Polcompball which caused me to see the true diversity of Ideologies in this world from which I could draw my ideas.

Embracing Socialism

I got into Socialism though four inspirations:
1. I've read Sarah Wagenknechts book Freiheit statt Kapitalismus (Freedom instead of Kapitalism) which gave me a different perspective on Economics.
2. I've looked up the political systems of Rojava and the Zapatista, which heavily inspired me and was proof for me that Democratic Socialism can work. I also adapted the idea of Council Democracy.
3. I started watching the videos of Viki1999, she explained a lot of Marxist concepts in her videos, but she also defended Authoritarian countries for an example the Soviet Union and China. If my family hadn't had lived under the USSR I maybe would've thought that it actually was a Democratic country. Nontheless it still helped me to see the perspective of the other side of the Cold War.
4. The Videos of NonCompete, he explained the problems of Capitalism in a good way and explained how an Anarchist society could work in his opinion, although I remained sceptical towards full Anarchism.

Monarcho-Socialist stage

Now about Monarchism, while I may have sympathized with the idea of a people's Republic for some time I later realized that a Socialist economy and a Monarch as a head of state were in fact compatible and that a Monarch could appease Conservatives, promote unity and stability which is often badly needed as well as provide a power check on the gouvernment.

Present

While I remained nominally comitted to Socialism I abandoned Marxism for the most part and I also was sceptical of the idea of abolishing private property completely, from the beginning my whole problem with Capitalism was Large Corporations that exploited the environment and their workers, with small businesses on the other hand I never really had a big problem. So when I came in touch with the idea of Distributism I quickly embraced it, although I didn't abandon Socialism and I was basically saying "Distributism is Petit Bourgeois Socialism anyways" then I came in contact with Austin Lin's idea of Social Distributism which, since it is a relatively inclusive ideology it allowed me to further embrace a Synthesis of Distributism and Socialism. I also learned about Corporatism and Social Corporatism, and given how well it seems to work I also incorporated it into my Ideology, under the form of Guild Socialism which basically is a Socialist variant of Corporatism, so I also embraced this Ideology pretty quickly although I didn't completely understand the idea of a Guild at first. On diplomacy I fully became a World Federalist while also putting emphasis on preserving and reviving the cultural identities of this world. I generally also became slightly more Conservative/Traditionalist (although not as Conservative as I was during my Nationalist phase) since I realized that preserving cultures is important for a good society. On the other hand I gained more understanding for many progressive positions, therefore making me the Progressive Conservative I am today.

"Many nations seem to be politically independent but cannot use their independence to deal with their problems or to prosper because foreign influence and interference is still strong. Fratricide and similar savagery in the world sting the human conscience. Racial discrimination a mark of shame on twentieth-century man, although intolerable to most humans can still be seen in various parts of the world. And the power-seeking policies of the strong are hampering the execution of United Nations' ideals."

"Soviet propaganda is remarkably effective and the Americans are even more remarkably stupid."
"In examining any dictatorship, there are two good tests. Firstly, what is the relation between the rulers and the proletariat or common people? Are the rulers members of the proletariat, as they would have you believe? Do they even identify their interests with those of ordinary citizens? The truth seems to be that, no matter where you find them, the so-called proletarian dictatorships are actually controlled by a small elite who ordinarily lose little sleep in worrying about the rights of the common man. Secondly, have the proletariat any effective say in what the rulers do? In the proletarian dictatorships I am familiar with, ordinary people enjoy little or no control over their Government or over their own lives and futures."
"O Cyrus, great King, King of Kings, Achaemenian King, King of the land of Iran. I, the Shahanshah of Iran, offer thee salutations from myself and from my nation. Rest in peace, for we are awake, and we will always stay awake."

"My advisers built a wall between myself and my people. I didn't realize what was happening. When I woke up, I had lost my people."
"I envisaged future generations of Iranians proudly taking their rightful place among the vast family of nations, and fulfilling their responsibilities with dignity. I hoped to see dispelled for ever the medieval shadows from which Iran had emerged only half a century ago, and that the light which is the very essence of Iranian civilization and culture would prevail. Throughout my reign, I lived only for the realization of this dream which was beginning to become reality. It will be seen that I worked tirelessly and keenly to this end. I had ceaselessly to struggle against all sorts of obstacles and difficulties. I had to confront innumerable plots and intrigues both inside the country and abroad. I combated the all-powerful, multi-national trusts and cartels when all my advisers warned me against such challenges. I may have made mistakes, of course, but this long battle was not one of them."
"A dictator has nothing to hand over. Power lies in him, and in him alone. A sovereign receives a crown and it is his duty to pass it on."
"I wanted to build up Iran while we still had oil and thus to guarantee the life of the country after our oil reserves were exhausted. Therein lay the solution. We had to move fast, we had no time to spare. Finally, it is unquestionable that the oil lobby contributed actively to my downfall."
"No people can live in the past - not even in its own past. But if it no longer has a link with its history, it must of necessity perish. Persia, crowded with hardship and glory, ordeals and hopes. With the help of the Almighty, the lessons of the past constitute the best guide for the citizens of the future."

"Heroes who shed their blood and lost their lives! You are now lying in the soil of a friendly country. Therefore rest in peace. There is no difference between the Johnnies and Mehmets to us where they lie side by side here in this country of ours. You, the mothers, who sent their sons from far away countries wipe away your tears; your sons are now lying in our bosom and are in peace. After having lost their lives on this land they have become our sons as well."
"Mankind is a single body and each nation a part of that body."

"Libya lived for 5000 years without oil and it is ready to live another 5000 years without it."
"I am a fan of Atatürk. He is an excellent leader and has tremendous victories over westerners. But I don't like him. Because he turned Turkey into a nation-state. We are all Ottomans, but he refused this honor. Turkey abandoned us and after that we went into collapse. He is responsible for this."
"Americans are good people. They have no aggressions against us and they like us as we like them. They must know I don't hate them. I love them.… I hear it is a complex society inside. Many Americans don't know about the outside world. The majority have no concern and no information about other people. They could not even find Africa on a map."
"Reagan plays with fire. He doesn't care about international peace. He plays as if he was in the theater. Reagan wants to dominate the world. He wants to find justification to make war. If he does this, if it goes on like this, a cataclysm will take place. Reagan should come and see that I am not a terrorist in a trench with a grenade in my pocket."
"I am an international leader, the dean of the Arab rulers, the king of kings of Africa and the imam of Muslims, and my international status does not allow me to descend to a lower level."
"Let the free people of the world know that we could have bargained over and sold out our cause in return for a personal secure and stable life. We received many offers to this effect but we chose to be at the vanguard of the confrontation as a badge of duty and honour."
"There is no state with a democracy except Libya on the whole planet."
"It was our hope that Libya with its revolution would become a model of freedom, popular democracy and a state free from oppression and injustice. However Libya became another conventional state, even a dictatorial or police state. This is deeply regrettable. We are not like that, nor do we want to be like that."
"Whenever I ask about Pepsi-Cola or Coca-Cola, people immediately say it is an American or European drink. This is not true. The kola is African. They have taken the cheap raw material from us. They produced it, they made it into a drink, and they sell it to us for a high price. Why are Pepsi-Cola and Coca-Cola expensive? Because they have taken our kola, produced it, and sold it back to us. We should produce it ourselves and sell it to them."
"Hitler and Mussolini exploited the support of the masses to rule the people. We revolutionaries enjoy the support of the masses to help the people become capable of ruling themselves on their own. I myself am constantly appealing to the masses to govern on their own. I say to my people: ‘If you love me, listen to me. And govern yourselves on your own’. That’s why they love me because, unlike Hitler, who said ‘I’ll do it all for you’, I say ‘Do it on your own."
"When everyone is part of the people’s congress, what need is there for an opposition? Opposition to what? You oppose a government! If there is no government, and the people govern themselves on their own, what are they going to oppose? Something that isn’t there?"
"I am defending the Jews to prevent them from becoming extinct, because they are doomed to become extinct if they continue this way.… I am convinced that the solution is to establish a democratic state for the Jews and the Palestinians, a state that will be called Palestine, Isratine, or whatever they want. This is the fundamental solution, or else the Jews will be annihilated in the future, because the Palestinians have [strategic] depth."
"I am not going to leave this land. I will die as a martyr at the end. I shall remain, defiant. Muammar is Leader of the Revolution until the end of time."
"I am a Bedouin warrior who brought glory to Libya and will die a martyr."
"I call on the Libyan people, men and women, to go out into the squares and the streets in all the cities in their millions. … Go peacefully... be courageous, rise up, go to the streets, raise our green flags to the skies. … Don't be afraid of anyone. You are the people. You have right on your side. You are the rightful people of this land."
"As you know too well democracy and building of civil society cannot be achieved by means of missiles and aircraft, or by backing armed member of AlQuaeda in Benghazi."

Mahatma Gandhi

"I like your Christ, but I don't like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ."
"Truth alone will endure, all the rest will be swept away before the tide of time. I must continue to bear testimony to truth even if I am forsaken by all. Mine may today be a voice in the wilderness, but it will be heard when all other voices are silenced, if it is the voice of Truth."
"The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong."
"About this time, I heard of a well known Hindu having been converted to Christianity. It was the talk of the town that, when he was baptized, he had to eat beef and drink liquor, that he also had to change his clothes, and that thenceforth he began to go about in European costume including a hat. These things got on my nerves. Surely, thought I, a religion that compelled one to eat beef, drink liquor, and change one's own clothes did not deserve the name. I also heard that the new convert had already begun abusing the religion of his ancestors, their customs and their country. All these things created in me a dislike for Christianity."
"Selfishness is blind."
"Today, I rebel against orthodox Christianity, as I am convinced it has distorted the message of Jesus. He was an Asiatic whose message was delivered through many media, and when it had the backing of a Roman emperor, it became an imperialist faith as it remains to this day."
"It is unwise to be too sure of one's own wisdom. It is healthy to be reminded that the strongest might weaken and the wisest might err."
"I suggest that, if India is to evolve along nonviolent lines, it will have to decentralize many things. Centralization cannot be sustained and defended without adequate force . . .Centralization as a system is inconsistent with non-violent structure of society."
"You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty."
"All humanity is one undivided and indivisible family, and each one of us is responsible for the misdeeds of all the others. I cannot detach myself from the wickedest soul."

Ian Kochinsky

"When Marx and following theorists wrote on capitalism they weren't writing 'capitalism and liberalism are worst things to ever happen to humanity, they are the greatest oppression of workers'. No. Marxism is supposed to be an extension of liberalism not a rejection of it, a true promotion of unity, fraternity, and freedom, and liberty, and [censored]. That's what Marxism and that's what leftism is about, it's about bringing the messaging of the liberal movement forward, to make it better, to make it get stronger, to make it true to its principles."

Lord Salisbury

"By a free country I mean a country where people are allowed, so long as they do not hurt their neighbours, to do as they like. I do not mean a country where six men may make five men do exactly as they like. That is not my notion of freedom."
"A gram of experience is worth a ton of theory."
"The struggle for power in our day lies not between Crown and people, or between a caste of nobles and a bourgeoisie, but between the classes who have property and the classes who have none."
"Always wealth, in some countries by birth, in all intellectual power and culture, mark out the men whom, in a healthy state of feeling, a community looks to undertake its government. They have the leisure for the task, and can give it the close attention and the preparatory study which it needs. Fortune enables them to do it for the most part gratuitously, so that the struggles of ambition are not defiled by the taint of sordid greed. They occupy a position of sufficient prominence among their neighbours to feel that their course is closely watched, and they belong to a class brought up apart from temptations to the meaner kinds of crime, and therefore it is no praise to them if, in such matters, their moral code stands high. But even if they be at bottom no better than others who have passed though greater vicissitudes of fortune, they have at least this inestimable advantage—that, when higher motives fail, their virtue has all the support which human respect can give. They are the aristocracy of a country in the original and best sense of the word. Whether a few of them are decorated by honorary titles or enjoy hereditary privileges, is a matter of secondary moment. The important point is, that the rulers of the country should be taken from among them, and that with them should be the political preponderance to which they have every right that superior fitness can confer. Unlimited power would be as ill-bestowed upon them as upon any other set of men. They must be checked by constitutional forms and watched by an active public opinion, lest their rightful pre-eminence should degenerate into the domination of a class. But woe to the community that deposes them altogether!"
"The great evil, and it was a hard thing to say, was that English officials in India, with many very honourable exceptions, did not regard the lives of the coloured inhabitants with the same feeling of intense sympathy which they would show to those of their own race, colour, and tongue. If that was the case it was not their fault alone. Some blame must be laid upon the society in which they had been brought up, and upon the public opinion in which they had been trained. It became them to remember that from that place, more than from any other in the kingdom, proceeded that influence which formed the public opinion of the age, and more especially that kind of public opinion which governed the action of officials in every part of the Empire. If they would have our officials in distant parts of the Empire, and especially in India, regard the lives of their coloured fellow-subjects with the same sympathy and with the same zealous and quick affection with which they would regard the lives of their fellow-subjects at home, it was the Members of that House who must give the tone and set the example. That sympathy and regard must arise from the zeal and jealousy with which the House watched their conduct and the fate of our Indian fellow-subjects. Until we showed them our thorough earnestness in this matter—until we were careful to correct all abuses and display our own sense that they are as thoroughly our fellow-subjects as those in any other part of the Empire, we could not divest ourselves of all blame if we should find that officials in India did treat with something of coldness and indifference such frightful calamities as that which had so recently happened in that country."
"Law and order are the privilege of the poor. So far as they affect the rich they are the restraint of the rich. It is for all those who are interested in the industry and commerce of this country, not for those who are interested merely in fixed capital and the leisurely enjoyment of its fruits, to struggle to maintain the idea of the supremacy of the law."

Benjamin Disraeli

"I am prepared for the worst, but hope for the best."
"I hate definitions."
"I am a Conservative to preserve all that is good in our constitution, a Radical to remove all that is bad."
"Never apologize for showing feeling, my friend. Remember that when you do so, you apologize for truth."

Michail Gorbachev

“Peace is not unity in similarity but unity in diversity, in the comparison and conciliation of differences.”

Thomas Jefferson

"If injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty"

Abdullah II. of Jordan

"People thrive where there is mutual respect. Civilisation is built on it. Futures are better for it. But co-existence must be made, and made again, in every generation. The common good is defended only by vigilance and action. This means more than security measures. Humanity must arm itself with ideas, with justice and with economic and social inclusion. Today, these challenges have special importance. Our world faces an assault by terrorists with ruthless ambition. The motive is not faith, it is power; power pursued by ripping countries and communities apart in sectarian conflicts, and inflicting suffering across the world."
"There are those living in Europe today who remember the ravages that struck the continent in the late 1930s and the World War that followed because of an aggressive, expansionist ideology based on hate and disregard for the very essence of humanity. Europe’s war became the World’s War. Today, we are fighting a similar war. A war against an expansionist ideology that feeds on hate; that is committing murder in the name of God and religion to justify evil actions that no religion tolerates — a war against terrorists who disrespect Islam’s values and humanity’s values. Our victory now depends on our unity. Europe’s role is vital. Only by cooperation can our regions shut down the sources of terrorist support and defeat their purposes. It is also essential that our regions renew the source of our great strength: the mutual respect that binds and sustains us. Young people, especially, must be inspired by values that reject violence, create peace and build inclusive society."
"A dialogue of respect is the rock-bed of all societies. Attacking and excluding others, insulting other peoples and their faith and convictions — this is no way forward. The future lies in unity and respect, not division and stereotypes."
"History, geography and future bind us. Let no one separate us. Together, we can create pillars of mutual respect that will support the common good for generations to come."

Joe R. Biden

"For too long in this society, we have celebrated unrestrained individualism over common community. For too long as a nation, we have been lulled by the anthem of self-interest. For a decade, led by Ronald Reagan, self-aggrandizement has been the full-throated cry of this society: 'I've got mine, so why don't you get yours' and 'What's in it for me?'"
"We must rekindle the fire of idealism in our society — for nothing suffocates the promise of America more than unbounded cynicism and indifference. We must reclaim the tradition of community in our society. Only by recognizing that we share a common obligation to one another and to our country can we ever hope to maximize our national or personal potential. We must reassert the oneness of America. America has been and must once again be the seamless web of caring and community."
"Mr. President, today, in his speech to the National Endowment for Democracy, President Bush gave a vivid and, I believe, compelling description of the threat to America and to freedom from radical Islamic fundamentalism. He made, in my view, a powerful case for what is at stake for every American. Simply put, the radical fundamentalists seek to kill our citizens in great numbers, to disrupt our economy, and to reshape the international order. They would take the world backwards, replacing freedom with fear and hope with hatred. If they were to acquire a nuclear weapon, the threat they would pose to America would be literally existential. The President said it well. The President is right that we cannot and will not retreat. We will defend ourselves and defeat the enemies of freedom and progress."
"Sleep was like a phantom I was too tired to chase."
"Poor kids are just as talented as white kids."
"It required a lot less energy, intelligence, and competence to run against government than to try to make government work."
"Given Iraq's strategic location, its large oil reserves, and the suffering of the Iraqi people, we cannot afford to replace a despot with chaos. It would be a tragedy if we removed a tyrant in Iraq only to leave chaos in its wake."
"For the world to follow, we must do more than rattle our sabers and demand allegienace to our vision simply because we believe we are right. We must provide a reason for others to aspire to that vision. And that reason must come with more than the repetition of a bumper-sticker phrase about freedom and democracy. It must come with more than the restatement of failed policy. It must come with the wisdom to admit when we are wrong and resolve to change course and get it right."
"We got a real clear picture of what they all value. Every Republican's voted for it. Look at what they value and look at their budget and what they're proposing. Romney wants to let the — he said in the first hundred days he’s going to let the big banks once again write their own rules, 'unchain Wall Street'. They're going to put y'all back in chains."
"The Jewish people have contributed greatly to America. No group has had such an outsized influence per capita as all of you standing before you, and all of those who went before me and all of those who went before you … You make up 11 percent of the seats in the United States Congress. You make up one-third of all Nobel laureates … I think you, as usual, underestimate the impact of Jewish heritage. I really mean that. I think you vastly underestimate the impact you’ve had on the development of this nation."
"Putin knows that when I am president of the United States, his days of tyranny and trying to intimidate the United States and those in Eastern Europe are over"
"We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing."
"Because we also have to fundamentally change the way police are trained. [...] And the idea that instead of standing there and teaching a cop when there's an unarmed person coming at 'em with a knife or something, shoot 'em in the leg instead of in the heart. It's a very different thing. There's a lot of different things that can change."
"I am proud of the campaign we built and ran. I am proud of the coalition we put together, the broadest and most diverse in history. Democrats, Republicans and Independents. Progressives, moderates and conservatives. Young and old. Urban, suburban and rural. Gay, straight, transgender. White. Latino. Asian. Native American. And especially for those moments when this campaign was at its lowest — the African American community stood up again for me. They always have my back, and I'll have yours. I said from the outset I wanted a campaign that represented America, and I think we did that. Now that's what I want the administration to look like. And to those who voted for President Trump, I understand your disappointment tonight. I've lost a couple of elections myself. But now, let's give each other a chance. It's time to put away the harsh rhetoric. To lower the temperature. To see each other again. To listen to each other again. To make progress, we must stop treating our opponents as our enemy. We are not enemies. We are Americans. The Bible tells us that to everything there is a season — a time to build, a time to reap, a time to sow. And a time to heal. This is the time to heal in America."
"I believe force should be a tool of last resort, not first. I understand the full weight of what it means to ask young, proud Americans to stand in the breach. As was referenced by the Secretary, my son Beau served in Iraq for a year. I’m the first President in 40 years, I’m told, who had a son or daughter who served in a warzone. So I know what it’s like. Being Commander-in-Chief is an enormous responsibility and one that I will never take lightly or easily."
"We will not shy away from engaging in the hard work to take on the damaging legacy of slavery and our treatment of Native Americans, or from doing the daily work of addressing systemic racism and violence against Black, Native, Latino, Asian American and Pacific Islander, and other communities of color."
"The Second Amendment, from the day it was passed, limited the type of people who could own a gun and what type of weapon you could own. You couldn’t buy a cannon. Those who say the blood of lib- — “the blood of patriots,” you know, and all the stuff about how we’re going to have to move against the government. Well, the tree of liberty is not watered with the blood of patriots. What’s happened is that there have never been — if you wanted or if you think you need to have weapons to take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons."
"My fellow Americans, the war in Afghanistan is now over. I’m the fourth president who has faced the issue of whether and when to end this war. When I was running for president, I made a commitment to the American people that I would end this war. Today, I’ve honored that commitment. It was time to be honest with the American people again. We no longer had a clear purpose and an open-ended mission in Afghanistan. After 20 years of war in Afghanistan, I refuse to send another generation of America’s sons and daughters to fight a war that should have ended long ago."
"Look, I don’t want to punish anyone’s success, but the wealthy have been getting a free ride at the expense of the middle class for too long. I intend to pass one of the biggest middle class tax cuts ever — paid for by making those at the top pay their fair share."
"I give you my word as a Biden: If you make under $400,000 a year, I’ll never raise your taxes one cent But, I’m going to make those at the top start to pay their share in taxes It’s only fair"
"At least 55 corporations in America didn't pay a single penny in federal income tax last year. That’s got to change—and my Build Back Better Agenda will get it done"
"Climate change is already . . . costing our nations trillions of dollars [and] we know that none of us can escape the worst that’s yet to come if we fail to seize this moment. But . . . within the growing catastrophe, I believe there’s an incredible opportunity . . . . We have the ability to invest in ourselves and build an equitable clean-energy future and in the process create millions of good-paying jobs [while we] create an environment that raises the standard of living around the world. When I talk to the American people about climate change, I tell them it’s about jobs. It’s about workers [and the] communities that will revitalize themselves around new industries and opportunities. So, let’s get to work."
"Look, there is no federal solution. This gets solved at a state level."
"You can’t love your country only when you win. You can’t obey the law only when it’s convenient. You can’t be patriotic when you embrace and enable lies."
"Six days ago, Russia’s Vladimir Putin sought to shake the foundations of the free world thinking he could make it bend to his menacing ways. But he badly miscalculated. He thought he could roll into Ukraine and the world would roll over. Instead he met a wall of strength he never imagined. He met the Ukrainian people. From President Zelenskyy to every Ukrainian, their fearlessness, their courage, their determination, inspires the world. Groups of citizens blocking tanks with their bodies. Everyone from students to retirees teachers turned soldiers defending their homeland."
"Despite the disturbing rhetoric coming out of the Kremlin, the facts are plain for everybody to see. We’re not attacking Russia; we’re helping Ukraine defend itself against Russian aggression. And just as Putin chose to launch this brutal invasion, he could make the choice to end this brutal invasion. Russia is the aggressor. No if, ands, or buts about it. Russia is the aggressor. And the world must and will hold Russia accountable."
"America must offer meaningful opportunities for redemption and rehabilitation to empower those who have been incarcerated to become productive, law-abiding, members of society, and reduce crime and make our communities safer."
"My dad used to say "A job’s about a lot more than a paycheck, it’s about your dignity, it’s about place in the community." What these guys do is they care about the dignity of the worker, and I see things are really beginning to change. I really believe it. And Senator Portman, since he's not running again, I can say all the nice things about him that I want. ...[W]e reduced the deficit by a total of 350 billion dollars, that’s reduced the deficit, last year, and this year, by the end of the fiscal, by October 1st, We will of reduced this year’s deficit by 1 Trillion, 500 Billion dollars. Never in the history of America has that happened before."
"That’s no malarkey, That's a fact."
"We’re making "Buy America" a reality, not just a slogan."
"I promise you. Hate will not prevail. And white supremacy will not have the last word. For the evil did come to Buffalo, and it’s come to all too many places, manifested in gunmen who massacred innocent people in the name of hateful and perverse ideology rooted in fear and racism."
"Silence is complicity. It’s complicity. We cannot remain silent."
"Look, I’m not naïve. I know tragedy will come again. It cannot be forever overcome. It cannot be fully understood either. But there are certain things we can do. We can keep assault weapons off our streets. We’ve done it before. I did it when we passed the crime bill last time. And violence went down, shootings went down. You can’t prevent people from being radicalized to violence, but we can address the relentless exploitation of the Internet to recruit and mobilize terrorism. We just need to have the courage to do that, to stand up."

"The Russian invasion of Ukraine marks a turning point. It is our duty to do our best to support Ukraine in defending itself against Putin's invading army."

Lore

(Note that this is a seperate timeline from that of Leninisbased556 so the Soviet Victory in the Cold War didn't happen here)

Restoration of the German Monarchy (1948)

After WW2 it was decided to restore the Hohenzollern Dynasty in Germany because it was thought that it could prevent a movement like the Nazis from emerging again and make sure that a future Germany would be opposed to the Soviet bloc, although the powers of the German Monarchy got limited in comparision to the old German Empire.

Creation of the European Commonwealth (1950)

The European Commonwealth out of the initiative of Winston Churchill and Konrad Adenauer as a means to counter both Soviet and American influence, would be established with it's founding members being: The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, The Kingdom of the Netherlands, The Kingdom of Belgium, The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, The Federal State of Germany (West Germany) and the Republic of France.

Monarchist victory in Italy (1955)

The Italian Monarchy referendum in this timeline resulted in favour of the Monarchy due to a lack of CIA interference.

Italy joins the Commonwealth (1966)

The Kingdom of Italy joined the European Commonwealth in the 60s, partly to gain protection from an imagined fear of a Yugoslav invasion among Italian Anti-Communists and to make up for it's Fascist past.

The "Roses Revolution" (1968-1973)

Due to America not being able to implement the Marshall plan because of their civil war the European gouvernments had problems to give many of their citizens the basic neccesities they needed and Young people felt restricted by Traditionalist society. This resulted in a rise of leftism all across Europe and the election of Progressives, Social Corporatists and Democratic Socialists.

Expansion of the Commonwealth (1991)

After the Collapse of the Eastern bloc the GDR joined the Commonwealth along with Austria, causing a short crisis due to British and French fear of living in a state dominated by Germany but the crisis eventually got resolved and unlike in our timeline most of the East German economy wasn't sold to private enterpreneurs but instead transfered to Worker cooperatives. The most of the former eastern bloc states refused to join because they didn't want to give up their independence again. Yugoslavia joined the Commonwealth to fix it's Economic problems and to recieve help in keeping their country together.

Foreign Relations

American Federation

The European Commonwealth established relations with the newly founded American Federation in 1960 and relations have remained positive ever since.

People's Republic of Texas

People's Commonwealth of Canada

Soviet Union

Iran

There was extensive cooperation between the Iranian government and the EC during the reign of Mohammed Reza Pahlavi. It was only interrupted in the Iranian Civil War (1979-1985), which ended with the Victory of the New Shah, Reza Pahlavi, who promised to introduce Democratic reforms in Iran in exchange for European military support. Iranian-European relations have remained very close since.

Views on Geopolitical issues

Taiwan

I see the Republic of China as a primarily Chinese state but I wouldn't support Reunification now, since I wish to counter the Geopolitical influence of the CCP and it's doubtable that the PRC would respect Taiwanese Autonomy. A possible alternative would be Taiwan uniting Japan and as far as I know many people there see Japan favourably. But de-facto I currently defend Taiwanese souvereignity in order to preserve their Democracy.

Israel

In the short term I support a two-state solution with Israel annexing parts of East Jerusalem and possibly some borderlands of the West bank, the rest of the settlements should be dismanteled and Hamas must be overthrown. In the long term (after conflict between the nation has healed) Israel and Palestine should form a bi-national Federation called Isratin with Jerusalem being the Capital of it, that or Jordan should annex Palestine.

Kosovo

Denazify the Balkans Kosovo should become an Autonomous part of Serbia again, or at the very least give the Serbs in Kosovo autonomy.

Russia and Ukraine

As of now I support Ukraine but I think to create peace in the region there are two possiblities:
1. Ukraine gets all it's former territories back but it would reform into a Federal state, thus giving it's minorities some more power and it also would be a neutral country being prevented from joining NATO, that way Russia would retain some influence in Ukraine (especially during elections via it's russian minority) and the "threat" of Ukraine joining NATO should be prevented but at the same Ukraine would control it's territory again, would be allowed to join the EU and might live in peace.
2. The current Ukrainian system stays but the Donbas region gets it's "Independence" and Crimea gets recognized by Ukraine as a part of Russia, at the same time Ukraine will join NATO to prevent any future attacks (the worse option in my opinion). I think other solutions would likely lead to more violence.

Afghanistan

I hope the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan will succeed in overthrowing the Taliban but I think we should practice Non-Interventionism (Biden killing that leader of Al-Qaida was justified though) for now as long the Taliban don't mess with other countries I fear we have to leave them alone since we have enough trouble with other things. Another option might be to negotinate a peace deal in which the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan would gain administrative control over the territories they currently hold and in return the Taliban would get diplomatic recognition and their assets unfrozen in order to aid the Afghan people.

Southern Morocco

West Sahara should become an Autonomous province of the Kingdom of Morocco but Morocco should control the phospate resources.

Syria

I support the Rojava Revolution and the Federalisation of Syria and I critically support Assad against ISIS and the Turkish agressors.

Yemen

I don't support the Houthi movement despite their banger songs as I see them as puppets of the Islamic Regime which occupies Iran since 1979, but I also don't support the genocide the Saudis are conducting against the Yemeni people by blocading Yemen. However I do support the Hadhramaut Tribal Alliance in their struggle against Al-Queda. Once the War is over Yemen should Federalize to deal with their economic, religious, political, and historical differences between the northern and southern parts of the country.

Korea

Sigh, if only the People's Republic of Korea wasn't overthrown. Now my sympathies for the North Korean Regime are rather minor and South Korea is a Capitalist hellhole but I prefer their Democracy over Totalitarianism. Anyways I hope South&North maintain diplomatic contact and continue to improve relations in hope that on day Korea can be united again by the will of the people.

Cultural issues

Minority Rights

All persons shall be equal before the law.

Immigration

Legal immigration is allowed as long as the new immigrants follow the law, integrate into our culture and contribute to our country in the form of working and paying taxes.

LGBTQ+ rights

It's okay to be Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Trans or Pansexual but Pedophilia, Zoophilia, Necrophilia and the like should stay banned unless Vowsh does it.

Women's Rights

Women are our mothers, sisters and wifes we couldn't live without them, how could you justify opressing those that gave you live and your children?

Abortion

My position is that Abortions should be safe and rare. But sometimes they are needed. I am generally pro-choice until the third semester. At that point abortions should only be conducted if the mother's life is in danger.

Disability Rights

We should try our best that disabled people should be able to live an as normal life as possible.

Furry Rights

It'd be better if they keep their activities in private.

Positive

  • Silas - We have a lot of similar ideas, you're probably the User on this website who's ideologically closest to me.
  • NARAN - Your Ideology is so based that I decided to add you here on my own accord. Although I am somewhat sceptic about class collaboration and giving the bourgeois too much representation after all they're always after their own benefit. Still very based.
  •  Yoda8soup  - He seems to be a very nice guy and he agrees with me on most issues, although we have disagreements over the Institution of Monarchy
  •  And3  - Look above
  • - Similar as above. We have similar views on many issues, but Europhobia is kinda cringe. Still a shame that you left.
  •  Matteel  - Similar to Yoda8soup
  • IvarsBalodis - A fellow Guild Socialist and a nice guy, he is a bit more Conservative than me and also more Nationalist though.
  • Anglo Germanic socialist Anglo Germanic socialist- You are an okay person but you sometimes say weird things in spaces that have nothing to do with it.
  •  AshleyHere  - I see, you somewhat changed your Ideology... seems to be pretty based.
  •  Glencoe13  - You seem like a really cool guy and it seems like we agree on most issues, I am no fan of Seperatism since you're content with Autonomy that's no issue.
  •  Uzarash  - You seem like a cool dude, but we do have some disagreements too. Nothing to major though. Why is almost everyone on this Wiki a Nationaloid Recucklican?
  • Glencoe - It doesn't seems like we really have any disagreement so far and you're a nice person too, so...
  • NazBolGANG12 - Thank you for editing my page, your Ideology is okayish I guess.
  •  Tenwingedpigeon  - Wacky gang! We might have slight disagreements on some issues (Urbism, Anarchism, Agorism, Orthodox Theocracy etc.) but you're mostly based... oh, a shame you left.
  • CynicalLibra - Hmmm, for an ML you are actually suprisingly based although we still have some disagreements. You also seem to be a nice person.
  • Melkor - A fellow Pagan Monarchist, you seem to be pretty interesting although you're a bit too Authoritarian for my taste, also I am sceptical about Aristocracy.
  •  BeryAb  -

ENG: A half German like me and he's very friendly too. But I am not the biggest fan of Capitalism and Economic liberalism. And sometimes he appears to me to be the personification of r/lindnerwichsvorlagen

  • Pepsi Queen - Very nice person, but Absolutist Capitalism, really?
  • JefBol - We both reject the mess that is Twitter and you have some based ideas. But I don't like Lenin that much...

Mixed

  •  Io  - You are a fellow leftist and you also like Vaush, Dom Pedro II and we both don't like Tankies. but you also are a cringe Ultraprogressive Republican and you see religion as inhierently Reactionary and want to abolish it. May the Gods have mercy upon you. At least you don't want to persecute me for it like some other people.
  • M99 -

ENG: He seems to be pretty based, but he doesn't likes me.
GER: Scheint ziemlich basierend zu sein, aber er mag mich nicht.

  • - Mostly based but Post-Humanism is very cringe.
  •  TheFedGuy101  - Distributism is nice and a lot of parts of your Ideology are based, but why the Jacobinism?
  •  Arthurwp  - Pretty much an averange Anarchist, we didn't have that much interaction so far. It seems like he likes my Syncretism but not my Statism, oh well...
  •  KaiserKlausMouse  -

ENG: It's complicated... GER: Es ist kompliziert...

  •  Applethesky2021  - Well, our relations had a pretty rough start since he's a Kemalist and denies the Kurdish people autonomy, so I spammed his comment section full with Kurdish songs... But I think we get along to a degree now.
  • RedGreenist - Too Authoritarian for my taste and Unitarism is rubbish. But Socialism and supporting public transportation is based.
  • Xenosystems - I despise M*santhrophy, to a slightly lesser degree Capitalism and you're generally pretty dystopian but you're also a fellow Pagan and a nice person, so...
  • Dragon Red - Unitarianism and Republicanism are highly cringe although Atatürk was kinda based you're not him... and you're a bit too Authoritarian for my liking so there's that. But I've moved you one tier higher since your Ideology has some good parts and there are people that are even worse.
  • Mossad - Meh.
  • SuddenWriter - A Socialist in denial. Well, at least you don't seem to want to throw me out of the chopper now.
  • Marsis - Some good ideas, but I despise Jabobins.
  • DerVampir666 - Since your ideological shift you became pretty base- (nevermind, you just turned into a Neo-Con)
  • KryptoLocks - Your World Federalism just barely prevented you from going to the enemies section. But how would it work without a state? And what's the point of it if it doesn't work in the interest of humanity?

Negative

- Just because you're a Monarchist doesn't mean I like you, Unitarian Islamo-Fascism is highly cringe.

Frenemies

  • Ceremonial Monarchism - Maybe you should idk. do something? However if the Monarch is too incompetent it might be best to adopt this system.
  • Globalism - Global problems need global solutions! However Economic Globalization is mostly cringe.
  • Zionism - My secret master. You managed to establish a sucessful and long lasting Democracy in the middle east, congrats on that. But maybe you need to put more effort into making peace with the Palestinians. Also I prefer the Isratin solution, although it's pretty unlikely.
  • Technocracy - Giving experts a say in gouvernance seems like a great idea, however you don't realise that every gouvernment requires support from its people to exist in the long term and you also don't realize that Populism is a good strategy to gain political power. And letting Unions and vocational Guilds gouvern themselves pretty much ensures decisions are in the hand of experts. R-right?
  • Tribalism - Long live the Tribe, long live the Tribe elder and praise Sun God! On the other hand... Look I respect most of your Traditions but you should learn to use Technology, embrace the State and... Wait, what are you doing?! Don't EAT MEEEEE...
  • Pagan Theocracy - Look, I get that you want to protect your traditional way of life but Involving religious institutions in gouvernance will make them attractive for Corruption and Manipulation, your tribal variant is a bit more based however, also stop sacrificing Humans, the Gods don't need us to feed them.
  • Chinese Theocracy - The Mandate of Heaven is a very interesting institution, it forged China into an united superpower, but also gave the people the ability to hold their rulers accountable for their mistakes at the cost of years of war and millions of deaths . Get rid of that whole Absolutism thingy though.
  • State Socialism - Sometimes it can be efficent, but often not. Which is why I prefer Cooperatives and Guilds for the means of production.
  • Black Nationalism - BLACK LIVES MATTER! but Black Supremacy and Black Seperatism are cringe.
  • Dengism - As much as I criticize and complain about you, I can't deny that you have done a good job reversing Maos disastrous policies, lifting people out of poverty, expanding infrastructure and turning China into a great Power again. But there is a dream that will never die, always remember that.
  • Hindutva - Glory to India, fuck P*kistan Uhhhh, I mean shoo evil Fascist, shoo! It's not like I like you or anything baka
  • Soulism - Well, I can't say that I hate you or don't understand you and I like your Esoteric variant but you're very, well let's say far fetched and you... you really need to rethink your Drug consumption.
  • Metaxism - You're a quasi-Fascist and a Totalitarian, but I have to admit banning your own party along with all others is a kinda chad move. And I love the way how you protected your homeland against the Invaders. Also your social programms were quite nice too.
  • Gaddafism - Fellow convoluted Democracy enjoyer. You're right about the problems of class rule and party rule. But I feel at some level a representative body of gouvernment is neccesary and direct democracy won't be enough.
  • Hoxhaism - The least bad Anti-Revisionist, make out of that what you will.
  • Mao-Spontex - Weirdo.
  • Khrushchevism - Not Revisionist enough!

Enemies

  • Ingsoc - Literaly 1984

  • Esoteric Fascism - You ruin the reputation of our ancestors ancient religions!
  • National "Socialism" - You ruined my country. At least you improved animal welfare

  • Maoism - The literal definition of "the road to hell is paved with good intentions"
  • Pol Potism - We're reaching levels of Tyranny that shouldn't even be possible! You're even worse than IngSoc! On the other hand you greatly reduced carbon emissions and Urbanites are kinda cringe
  • Ethnocacerism - You are nuts! You kinda remind me on Talokan from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. I'd critically support you if you weren't so racist against Old World people.
  • Centralism - Absolute sc*m!
  • Particracy - A system that either tries to divide or control the people, it's no coincidence that the worst tyrannies that are known to Earth used this system.
  • Republicanism - You don't want equality, you just want power for yourself!
  • Jacobinism - You're literaly the same guy as above! DISGUSTING GENOCIDAL TOTALITARIAN DEGENERATE TERRORISTS THAT RUINED FRANCE EVEN MORE THAN IT ALREADY WAS THE DAY ON WHICH ROBBESPIERRE SUFFERED THE SAME FATE HE PUT THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT CIVILIANS UNDER SHOULD BE CELEBRATED!
  • Banana Republicanism - Weak and divided Recucklics Republics being controlled and exploited by large private Corporations and foreign powers? Why am I not suprised...
  • Pinochetism - Aren't you literaly the guy above?
  • Neoliberalism - Thanks for the gender neutral toilets! Macron is somewhat based though...
  • Autocracy - No man rules alone...
  • Absolute Monarchism - Same as above. Some Absolutists were based though.
  • Separatism - Hypocritical Chauvinist traitor, REEEEEEEEE!!! I have sympathies to some of you though
  • Anti-Japaneseism - This is not very Kawaii.
  • Showa Statism - I mean... the idea of a Pan-Asian Monarchy that provides a counter balance to the Christian west sounds based BUT WHY THE FISH DID YOU HAVE TO KILL SO MANY PEOPLE?
  • Christian Theocracy - OH YOU ARE THE WORST IHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUSIHATEEMPERORTHEODOSIUS Remove REMOVE REMOVE!!!
