Revisionist Zionism is a nationalist, economically centre, culturally right-wing to far-right and authoritarian ideology, that believes that the Jews have the right to go back to the territory of Israel and Palestine ( Jordan was also part of their ancestral homeland, but they accepted its gonna be its own thing).

History

Revisionist Zionism was founded and developed by Ze'ev Jabotinsky. Jabotinsky claimed to follow Theodor Herzl's beliefs. Jabotinsky would found the Revisionist Union in 1922. His motivations for founding the group were the Churchill White Paper, a proposal where Jewish people would be allowed to establish a national home in Palestine, but couldn't impose a "Jewish nationality" on the nation's Arab population. The proposal would also reduce Jewish immigration.
